Order & Payment
There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed, approved and shipped.
All transactions are handled by NETS payment services. Your credit card number is sent by an encrypted connection to your bank.
Your order will be processed within one working day after it has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice.

The Colors of the Socks
We photograph all our socks with the intention of getting a picture as representative to the original socks as possible. Sometimes computer screens and screen settings vary, so we cannot guarantee that the socks on your screen will look identical to the socks in your hand. However, the difference is usually barely noticeable and the socks still look great.

Returns And Exchanges
Returns and Exchange Policy
You have the right to exchange or return socks (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The socks have to be unused with labels and packaging intact.
When you return or exchange socks, you must cover shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your socks or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
We do not take responsibility for any socks lost during the return shipping.
You have to send your return to Sneaky Fox v/MP Denmark - Bytoften 68 - DK-7400 Herning and state your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our socks better). Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.
If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
Only hosiery with production defects is accepted. Should there be any doubt regarding this the goods may be sent in and our person handling faulty items will check it. Claims on goods purchased more than 6 months earlier are not accepted.
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged socks, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new socks or a refund, depending on your wish.
